HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Please note that this does not include transit or delivery time, which may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
  • Yes, we ship internationally.
  • Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
  • We do not offer returns.
  • However, we do provide size exchanges only, subject to availability.
  • All exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Once your exchange is delivered, allow 3-5 business days for inspection.
  • After inspection, we will ship the replacement item to you within 24-48 hours.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept exchanges for BAMBOO RIOT products not purchased from bambooriot.com.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM?

CAN I MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO MY ORDER AFTER ITS BEEN PLACED?
  • Once an order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or adjusted.
